The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering and handling inbound calls from client employees as well as conducting outbound calls for follow up as required. All calls are recorded and can be evaluated according to quality and efficiency guidelines. The Customer Service Associate will greet the employee, answer concerns and questions educating them on their benefits, and solve complex issues relating to their health, savings, retirement plans and human resource related issues. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and responsive customer service. You must be able to handle a high call volume while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. This position requires practical experience dealing with customers.
Work in a positive, team-oriented and structured call center environment
Receive calls from employees with questions about benefits
Process transactions, answer questions, resolve issues and respond to inquiries
Calls may be related to health, savings, retirement plans, or other human resource-related services
Handle incoming and follow up calls with customers
Develop in-depth understanding of customer’s needs
Identify and resolve customer issues
Provide any additional information as required
Use computer programs in Windows-based system to access appropriate information for individual customers
For complex inquiries, research the information and follow up as required
The base pay for this position is $15 per hour, and this is a contract to hire position.

You must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for this opportunity.
College degree or Junior College degree in addition to 1 year full time customer service related experience in financial services and/or health care industry, or High School diploma or equivalency and 3 years customer service related experience in financial services and/or health care industry.
Must be willing to submit to a credit check, employment check, criminal background check, drug screen and skills tests.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced learning environment
Strong computer skills required
